Zusammenfassung

Education Service Center, Region 2 is seeking an on-site Maintenance Lead to supervise custodial and trades staff and ensure district facilities operate at peak efficiency. You will guide carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting and related tasks, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will coordinate repair schedules, monitor quality, and optimize the physical plant for uninterrupted use across campuses in Corpus Christi.

Qualifikationen

• Specialized knowledge of crafts used in building repair and maintenance.
• Ability to direct and supervise personnel.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong mathematical and interpersonal skills.

Primary Purpose: Responsible for on-site leadership of maintenance and repair services for assigned district facilities or specific trades area. Assist Director of Operations to maintain the physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence so it may be fully used at all times.

Special Knowledge/Skills

• Specific knowledge of crafts used in building repair and maintenance including carpentry; electrical repair; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; painting; or plumbing
• Ability to direct and supervise personnel
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Effective organizational, communications, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Specific knowledge of TURF management
