Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities for an industrial laundry facility. Industrial Maintenance experience required.

Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities for an industrial laundry facility. Industrial Maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities :

• Improve functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures, parts, and labor budgets.
• Prepare maintenance reports.
• Identify and evaluate parts suppliers, negotiate with service companies.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff.
• Supervise and mentor the maintenance team.
• Maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms.

Qualifications :

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of wiring, electrical, electronic components, piping, machinery.
• Experience with maintenance management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and maintenance systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature in English and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
• Availability to be on call 24 hours a day.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Boiler knowledge.
• HVAC experience.
• Welding skills (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, brazing).
• Reliability certifications such as CPMM or CRMP.
