Beechtree Center For Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff from Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Responsibilities include safety inspections, scheduling, and ensuring timely repairs while maintaining records and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and a proven ability to multi-task in a high-demand, healthcare

Qualificações

• Min. high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong work ethic and initiative for quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance.

• Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs.

Beechtree Center For Rehabilitation & Nursing is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. MONDAY - FRIDAY, Weekends as needed.

Duties Include:

• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance.

• Supervise and assign maintenance and housekeeping staff responsibilities and schedules

• Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs.

• Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion.

• Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections.

• Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with Local/State/Federal & OSHA standards.

Requirements Include:

• Must have ability to be "on call" for emergency situations.

• Min. high school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service.

• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.

• Extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry & general maintenance.

• Skilled nursing facility experience a plus.

• Supervisory experience in maintenance preferably in LTC settings.

• Ability to multi-task / stay on task & maintain focus in stressful situations.

• Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision.
