Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and train our Chicago area service team on-site. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, safety, scheduling, and field support while partnering with a Senior Manager to optimize performance.

You will manage field technicians, allocate resources, and drive customer satisfaction through effective leadership and communication in a fast-paced environment.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
