Job summary

Bridgeview Village Apartments in Charleston, SC seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our community. You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate schedules and oversee repair and preventive maintenance of equipment, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of maintenance management experience, an EPA license, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to commute to the Downtown area.

Responsibilities
