Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance leader for Reserve at Regency Park in Centreville, VA. The role involves guiding the maintenance team to uphold property integrity and safety, while ensuring timely completion of tasks and high resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, EPA HVAC certification, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC Type I and II certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process.
• Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $32 to $38 per hour

Reserve at Regency Park is looking for a skilled maintenance leader. A professional who canhelp guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our properties.
