Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a Tampa property. The role directs inspections, prioritizes work orders, coordinates make ready, and ensures high service standards for residents and vendors.

The position requires a high school diploma, EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills; compensation ranges from $32 to $34 per hour with bonus opportunities per property guidance.

Qualifications

• EPA HVAC certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Overview

We are looking for askilled Maintenance Supervisor to direct the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.
