Formación

• Must have manufacturing supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and assigned personnel.
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, projects, and production support.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and records.
• Promote safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Partner with production, engineering, safety, and facilities teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Track maintenance performance and identify recurring equipment issues.
• Manage maintenance tools, materials, contractors, and service providers.
• Support audits, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled maintenance personnel, improve equipment reliability, and keep production systems operating safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team development experience.

Job Duties

• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and assigned personnel
