Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Hands-on maintenance leadership and ability to develop technicians.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analytic skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and machine operations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and assigned personnel.
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, projects, and production support.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and records.
• Promote safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Partner with production, engineering, safety, and facilities teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Track maintenance performance and identify recurring equipment issues.
• Manage maintenance tools, materials, contractors, and service providers.
• Support audits, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
