Advantage Technical in Brook Park, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. This fully onsite role requires strong leadership and hands-on manufacturing experience.

You will partner with production, engineering, and safety to improve equipment reliability, track performance, and support audits. A high school diploma is required, with associate or bachelor's preferred; manufacturing

• Manufacturing and supervisory experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, data analysis, and team-building skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and machine operations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• UAW manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Automation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and assigned personnel.
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, projects, and production support.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and records.
• Promote safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Partner with production, engineering, safety, and facilities teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Track maintenance performance and identify recurring equipment issues.
• Manage maintenance tools, materials, contractors, and service providers.
• Support audits, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Rate: $37.94 per hour

Schedule: Fully onsite
