Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Regent at Bellevue to lead the maintenance team and uphold the property’s high standards in Bellevue, WA. You will oversee inspections, coordinate make-readies, and ensure timely completion of work orders with a strong focus on resident service and safety.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and solid communication skills. EPA HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Practice preventative maintenance and safety procedures.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.

Overview

Regent at Bellevue is looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.
