Job summary

RAM Partners LLC seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team, ensure preventive upkeep, and uphold safety and quality across our multi-family communities. You will guide technicians, coordinate inspections, and drive efficiency through strong organizational leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising make-ready, addressing maintenance requests, managing work orders, and maintaining grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills required
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to multitask and meet deadlines
• Flexibility with schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s license required
• EPA HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.
