Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service property management company overseeing 80,000+ apartments nationwide. We seek a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance crew at our properties, ensuring safety and quality. Compensation is $35 per hour with a range of benefits.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting properties, coordinating make-readies, and maintaining grounds, while adhering to safety policies and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Inspect properties and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests completed by the team.
• Complete work orders promptly according to priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready processes.
• Provide professional service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $35 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC certification is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
