Sancrest Llc in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily community. You will coordinate internal staff and external vendors, manage budgets, track inventory, and ensure timely procurement of parts and supplies while prioritizing and completing resident work orders.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool systems, plus maintaining safe, clean grounds and ensuring move-in
