Job summary

White Lodging seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of its Austin hotels. You will support engineering leadership, troubleshoot defects, and train hourly maintenance staff to uphold brand standards.

Based at the Aloft Austin Downtown and Element Austin Downtown properties, the role requires EPA Universal Certification and a hands-on approach to keep guest services running smoothly while you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality maintenance supervision or facility management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• EPA Universal Certification is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, lead, and manage the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support Engineering leaders to meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take corrective action on maintenance issues.
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates.
• Additional duties as required.

What You'll D0

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.
