Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage hotel maintenance operations across our portfolio. The role emphasizes safeguarding guest experience and property standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with engineering leaders to resolve maintenance issues, train hourly staff, read blueprints, and ensure timely repairs. A focus on safety, quality, and proactive problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality engineering or facility management experience.
• Comfort reading blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support Engineering leaders to uphold standards.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take corrective action.
• Assist in training hourly maintenance staff.

What You'll Do

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.
