Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for The Hendrix, a well‑maintained apartment community in Augusta, GA. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage work orders and vendor coordination, and lead a small maintenance team in a long‑term role.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily maintenance supervision, strong HVAC skills, EPA Certification Type II or Universal, CPO and pool experience, and a proven ability to manage costs and safety standards,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC skills with EPA Type II or Universal certification
• CPO and pool experience preferred
• Experience leading a team and coordinating vendors
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to manage service requests, work orders, and unit turns
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
• Manage service requests, work orders, and unit turns

• Ensure property, grounds, and amenities are well-maintained
