BG Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to lead a maintenance team at a multi-family property. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, and effective service-request management to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

The position is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a pay rate of $25/hr, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. EPA certification is required, and at least two years of lead maintenance or supervisor experience is

• Communicate effectively with residents and property management.
