Job summary

S&S Property Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Greens at Cascade in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will lead HVAC installation, repair, and replacement within a residential community, and supervise maintenance staff to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements include 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor, 3+ years in multi-family settings, and a valid license with insurance. CPO/HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• 3+ years of Multi-Family experience.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the US and reliable transportation.
• CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installation, repair, and replacement in a residential community setting.
• Motivate and supervise maintenance staff to ensure quality work.
• Ensure safety and building standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with property management and leasing teams.
