This individual is skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance work. This individual must work well independently and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Outstanding opportunity for an individual who has demonstrated the ability to promote and maintain good resident relations, supervise maintenance staff, and effectively prioritize and organize both maintenance and administrative work. This individual must have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees, site staff, residents, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and others responsible for servicing the company and property. Must be proficient with computers and be able to learn and effectively utilize various software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, ADP, and Entrata. This individual should be service-minded and take pride in their work.
