Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of fixed plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the Maintenance Shift Supervisors.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and on budget.
