Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance General Foreman or higher in a heavy industrial or mining environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing maintenance budgets and cost controls.
• Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting and equipment reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Champion the safety performance of the Maintenance Department.
• Lead the execution of mobile equipment maintenance.
• Manage field staff, contractors, and tradespeople.
