Qualifications

• At least five years of management experience in food plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, PLCs, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Proficiency with computer applications including CAD, Microsoft Office, and E-Maint CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
• Reduce downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
