Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club in Arizona is seeking a full-time Building Maintenance staff member to support the clubs managed by Troon in a hospitality environment.

Key duties include general repairs and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds, exterior cleanup, painting, window cleaning, event setup, and rotating duties as required.

Applicants must be able to climb a ladder, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Keeps exterior clean: empties trash, sweeps, picks up litter, and arranges outdoor furniture.
• Painting of interior and exterior surfaces.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Cleans windows.
• Sets up and tears down events.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.

Interior and exterior painting.

Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.

Cleans windows.

Event set-up and takedown.

Performs other duties as required.

Other Qualifications:

• Able to climb ladder.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
