Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club is seeking a full-time Building Maintenance staff member to support our hospitality-focused operation. You will perform general repairs, maintain exteriors and interiors, and assist with event setup to ensure a superior guest experience under Troon management.

Candidates should be able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain regular attendance. This role is on-site in Wickenburg, AZ, and contributes to the club's standards of service and

• Must be physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for buildings and grounds (electrical, mechanical, structural as applicable).
• Maintains exterior cleanliness and appearance of the facility exterior, including trash, sweeping, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Cleans windows.
• Event setup and takedown.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Cleans windows.
• Event set-up and takedown.
• Performs other duties as required.

Other Qualifications

• Able to climb ladder.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
