Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Support equipment uptime by responding quickly to breakdowns and minimizing production disruption.
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Work with PLC-controlled systems to diagnose faults and support troubleshooting (no programming required in most cases).
• Collaborate with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation within CMMS systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
