Job summary

Eastern Alloys of Kentucky, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Henderson, KY to support plant production in an automated environment. You will maintain and repair production equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, and compressed air, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting. Welding and fabrication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and routine preventative maintenance to production equipment.
• Assists with installation of new equipment or modification of existing equipment.
• Rebuilds and modifies equipment including electrically controlled systems.
• Maintains safety systems on equipment and ensures proper operation.
• Performs upgrades or changes to equipment when needed.
• Assist with electrical preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Record and report completed repairs and items needing attention.
• Assist with upgrading plant mechanical and electrical systems as necessary.
• Welding, cutting, grinding, sanding and use of hand power tools.
• Assist with maintaining equipment and electrical spare parts and ordering necessary parts.

Industrial Maintenance Technician- Eastern Alloys of Kentucky, LLC.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician provides maintenance support to plant production and an industrial/automated environment. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing on-site machinery including production/process equipment, Single and 3 phase electrical systems, water and power distribution, hydraulics, and compressed air. Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and routine preventative maintenance to production equipment.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand, kneel, crawl, climb and bend for extended periods of time. This role will primarily work on the plant production floor and will require the ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, and will be exposed to varying temperatures.
