We value experience in facility maintenance and/or property management, with a Monday–Friday day shift. You will troubleshoot, complete work orders, and contribute to a safe, clean, and well-maintained property portfolio, with opportunities for training
Qualifications
- Experience in facility maintenance or property management.
- Ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks across multiple properties.
- Strong problem-solving and safety-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve repair requests efficiently
- Complete work orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with special projects as needed
