• Strong communication with managers, homeowners, and team members.
• Efficiently manage schedules balancing planned and urgent tasks.
• Maintain records of work and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform general exterior maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify needs and address issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests with timely resolutions.
• Communicate with managers, homeowners, and team members on project requirements.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly.
• Maintain records of completed work and progress using maintenance software.
• Recommend cost-effective improvements for property maintenance.
• Order materials and replace damaged parts as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety protocols.
• Rotating emergency on-call with stipend and double pay for dispatch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
