Job summary

Williams Hotel Group is seeking aMaintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep across the property, including painting, HVAC work, and furniture repairs. You will handle work orders, ensure guestroom readiness, and support preventative maintenance programs while delivering excellent guest service.

This role requires English proficiency, strong time-management, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced hotel environment. Hotel shuttle duties may apply where required.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and under pressure.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license if required to operate hotel shuttle/van.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance throughout the property (painting, carpet/floor cleaning).
• Repair and replace HVAC components as needed.
• Repair room furniture, fixtures, and equipment (TVs, light fixtures).
• Follow the Company’s Preventative Maintenance Program and work orders.
• Address guestroom needs promptly and professionally.
• Maintain exterior areas, parking lot, and landscape for curb appeal.
