Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will maintain and repair facilities, manage paint inventories, coordinate roof inspections, and install interior artwork to support a safe and attractive workspace.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3–5 years in paint, wood finishing, furniture handling or flooring installation, plus tool

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in painting; wood finishing; work with commercial office furniture; floor and tile installation.
• 3 to 5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs and lock maintenance.
• Conduct and maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.
• Coordinate roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors.
• Install interior artwork.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs and lock maintenance.


• Conduct and maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.

• Install interior artwork.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 3 to 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: painting; wood finishing; work with commercial office furniture (modular and/or case goods); floor and tile installation.


• 3 to 5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment also preferred.
