Job summary

Uline is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for our Corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. You will perform maintenance and repairs across our bustling facilities, including painting, wood finishing, door maintenance, and furniture repairs to keep spaces in excellent condition.

This role requires 3–5 years in related trades, a high school diploma, and proficiency with hand and power tools. We offer strong benefits and on-site amenities to support growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in painting; wood finishing; work with commercial office furniture.
• 3 to 5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs and lock maintenance.
• Conduct and maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: painting; wood finishing; work with commercial office furniture (modular and/or case goods); floor and tile installation.
• 3 to 5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment also preferred.
