Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Maintenance Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll perform upkeep across facilities, including painting, wood finishing, furniture repair, and lock maintenance, ensuring spaces remain clean, safe, and attractive.

Minimum 3–5 years in relevant trades and hands-on experience with tools and paint equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in painting, wood finishing, or furniture repair.
• 3–5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door and furniture repairs, and lock maintenance.
• Maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.
• Coordinate roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors; install interior artwork.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs and lock maintenance.
• Conduct and maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.
• Coordinate roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors.
• Install interior artwork.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: painting; wood finishing; work with commercial office furniture (modular and/or case goods); floor and tile installation.
• 3 to 5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment also preferred.
