Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Facilities Specialist at our Corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Join the team responsible for maintaining clean, functional spaces and supporting event setups across our growing facilities.

We value hands-on maintenance experience, OSHA PPE knowledge, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site role includes health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, and tuition assistance, with on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in general building maintenance or related fields.
• Experience with hand and power tools and OSHA PPE knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on drywall, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms.
• Setup and tear down events.
• Install and repair modular workstations and office setups.
• Install interior artwork and assist other Facilities teams.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on drywall patching, painting, doors, locks and restrooms.
• Setup and tear down events.
• Install, reconfigure and repair modular workstations and office setups.
• Install interior artwork.
• Assist other Facilities teams as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction or carpentry.
• Prior experience with hand and power tools.
• Understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens.
• Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs.
