Job summary

USARCENT Staff Augmentation — G4 (Logistics) Directorate seeks a Maintenance Specialist to support maintenance management. You will track readiness and status across the command, coordinate with planners, and prepare readiness reports for review.

The role requires Army/DoD maintenance experience, GCSS-Army knowledge, and strong analytical skills. On-site at Shaw AFB, SC with full-time hours and a SECRET clearance expectation.

Qualifications

• Prior Army/DoD equipment maintenance management or readiness reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of Army maintenance and readiness-reporting systems (e.g., GCSS-Army or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Must complete a favorable background investigation within the first week and obtain a DoD CAC within two weeks.
• Must complete security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within 30 days and annually thereafter.
• If security clearance is required, complete annual threat-awareness and OPSEC refresher training.
• Professional appearance and conduct in a military HQ environment.
• No travel required for this position.

About the Role

• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
