Job summary

Mb Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Management Specialist (Secret) to support ARCENT G4 equipment readiness, sustainment operations, and operational planning across the CENTCOM AOR.

You will analyze maintenance data, identify readiness gaps, and develop recommendations to improve maintenance effectiveness and equipment availability. The role requires 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, plus a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant maintenance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; security clearance Secret.
• Experience with Army maintenance doctrine and sustainment policies is preferred.

Maintenance Management Specialist (Secret)

Provides maintenance management expertise supporting ARCENT G4 equipment readiness, sustainment operations, and operational planning throughout the CENTCOM AOR. Evaluates maintenance programs, readiness indicators, equipment performance trends, and sustainment requirements across supported organizations. Analyzes maintenance data, identifies readiness gaps, equipment shortfalls, and sustainment challenges, and develops recommendations to improve maintenance effectiveness, operational readiness, and equipment availability. Supports ARCENT G4 maintenance planning, readiness reporting, contingency operations, exercises, and operational assessments. Coordinates with Army maintenance organizations, sustainment commands, logistics stakeholders, and subordinate units to synchronize maintenance priorities and ensure mission readiness across the theater.

Core Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance management and equipment readiness support for ARCENT operations throughout the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Analyze equipment readiness data, maintenance trends, operational availability rates, and sustainment metrics to support mission requirements.
• Assess maintenance programs, policies, and procedures to identify opportunities for improved readiness and equipment performance.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance operations across supported organizations to identify readiness gaps, sustainment risks, and resource shortfalls.
• Develop maintenance readiness reports, assessments, executive summaries, and decision-support products for leadership.
• Coordinate with Army maintenance organizations, sustainment commands, logistics staffs, and supported units to improve equipment readiness and maintenance effectiveness.
• Track equipment performance trends, maintenance requirements, and repair activities to ensure operational readiness objectives are achieved.
• Support contingency planning, deliberate planning, exercises, and operational assessments by integrating maintenance considerations into sustainment plans.
• Assist in developing maintenance strategies, readiness improvement initiatives, and sustainment recommendations supporting theater operations.
• Conduct maintenance data analysis and identify corrective actions to improve maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability, and resource utilization.
• Participate in logistics synchronization meetings, planning teams, operational working groups, and readiness reviews.
• Monitor maintenance risks, repair cycle times, and equipment availability and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, databases, and readiness tracking tools supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Army maintenance doctrine, sustainment policies, DoD regulations, and ARCENT procedures.
• Maintain an active Secret security clearance and comply with all security requirements associated with the position.
• Perform additional maintenance management duties as directed by ARCENT leadership.
