The Enclave Collection in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Associate to ensure our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents. This on-site role involves executing work orders, painting turnovers, and daily inspections.

You will work independently, handle preventive maintenance tasks, and support snow removal, landscaping, and common area upkeep, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in property management or relevant maintenance fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Well organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Knowledge of regulations and laws regarding property management.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work overtime hours as required.
• Work in varying environmental conditions.

• Maintain inventory lists of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Report issues to Management and participate in the preventive maintenance program.

Join the BNE Real Estate Group team as a Full‑Time Maintenance Associate for The Enclave Collection in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this onsite position you will be integral to ensuring our properties are well‑maintained and safe for residents.

Pay: $26‑28/hr based on experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm. Emergency on‑call required on a rotating basis.

Physical Demands & Safety

Work requires frequent hand use, lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs), vision, and compliance with safety rules.
