Job summary

The role requires a track record in maintenance leadership, plus experience with engine diagnostic software and TMW transportation systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, with 3+ years in management.
• Factory training and certification in engine diagnostic software.
• Knowledge of TMW transportation software.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance shop staff across shifts.
• Interviews candidates, trains new hires, and coaches employees.
• Oversees parts, tires, and inventory management.
• Directs shop operations and safety programs.
• Ensures proper use of diagnostic tools and preventive maintenance.
