Job summary
The Keystone Distinction Group requires a Maintenance Shift Supervisor for a new Food & Beverage plant in Prattville, AL. You will lead a shift of technicians, champion safety and quality, and own the maintenance plan from start to finish.

Qualifications
- 5+ years leading or supervising maintenance in manufacturing.
- ERP-based CMMS experience required.
- Food/beverage/CPG experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a maintenance shift crew and own safety, quality, food safety and environmental results.
- Allocate daily work orders and ensure completion to standard.
- Lead shift handoffs and participate in production tier meetings.
- Coordinate with planning on backlog, priorities, and staffing.
- Drive on-time, cost-effective maintenance with quality and completeness.
- Shift from reactive to planned/preventive work and investigate root causes.
