Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
- Must have a Black Seal in Low Pressure Boiler Operation.
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance per work orders.
- Respond to emergency calls within 5 minutes of receipt.
- Perform emergency repairs to equipment promptly.
- Maintain expertise with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of trades and use testing equipment safely.
- Work across 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends, with safety in mind.
