University of Pittsburgh Greensburg Campus is seeking a Maintenance Worker II for general and craft maintenance across residence halls and campus facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, operate mowers and tractors, and assist with electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing tasks. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience.
Work schedule includes Tue-Fri 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. and Sat 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Responsible for the general and craft maintenance of the residence halls, operation of University equipment, preventive and scheduled maintenance to support special events, projects, conferences, planned utility outages and activities sponsored by individuals/groups using the campus facilities.

Work will be completed individually or as part of a team.
The Maintenance Worker II must have the ability to travel independently throughout campus and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds including equipment and supplies. Will operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, trucks and backhoes. Will crawl into and work in confined spaces climb ladders.
