The Prince George’s County Office of Central Services is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill a Maintenance Services Attendant III, grade A13, in the Facilities Operation and Management Division.
About the Position
This is a lead/supervisory work within the skilled craft occupational category, which is characterized by the performance of skilled and manual work. The incumbent performs/leads/supervises the work of a crew of skilled crafts and labor positions in the accomplishment of a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the trade occupations (e.g. plumbing, general carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.). Work is performed under general supervision and evaluated by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in accordance with departmental policies and regulations.
