Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician at Tapestry Nona in Orlando, FL. If you love hands-on work, solve problems, and keep apartments and common areas in top condition, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities include prepping market-ready apartments, handling work orders, basic maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC), grounds upkeep, and on-call shifts. We provide training, competitive pay, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
