Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technicianis responsible for the maintenance and repair ofthe company's fleet of yachts under thedirection and supervision of the Maintenance Services Manager. This includes working with a small team oftechnicians being part of a team to coordinate withcrew and suppliers, and ensuring that all yachts are inexcellent condition and ready for use forcharter.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Technicalmaintenance of yachts, including specialty services onengines, generators, air conditioners, rigging, water makers, and other ad hoc yachtmaintenance
• Coordinatewith maintenance support staff for scheduling, partsordering, job information capturing, and maintenancetechnician time tracking.
• Ensure thatall yachts are in excellent condition and ready for use for charter.
• Maintainaccurate records of all maintenance activities, includingtracking costs and identifying areas for costsavings.
• On-the-job training.
• Coordinationwith Maintenance Leads.
• Monitormaintenance communication groups with crews andowners.
• Coordinate all receipts for purchasing partsto ensure propertracking.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Formalmaintenance qualification or training preferred (this couldinclude marine or other maintenance training)
• 1-3 years ofexperience in maintenance andrepair.
• Knowledge ofyacht systems and components, including engines,electrical systems, and plumbing (preferred but notrequired)
• Ability to workindependently and manage multiple tasks and prioritieseffectively
• Experienceworking in the US Virgin Islands and knowledge of localregulations an asset.
