Must live within 20 miles of Billings, MT

Schedule: M-F, Start times as early as 7AM; 8hr Shifts, EPA608 certificate preferred

Position Purpose

The Maintenance Service Professional provides commercial and industrial minor equipment repair and preventive maintenance services in big box retailers and other facilities. Responsibilities include general facilities maintenance and refrigerant removal for recycling, among others.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Communication (30%): Document work, maintain inventory, report expenses, communicate with partners and customers, complete training.
2. Compliance and Safety (10%): Follow safety practices, adhere to company safety rules, conduct vehicle inspections.
3. Preventive Maintenance & Light Repairs (60%): Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot, travel between locations, and perform general repairs.

Additional Details

• Reports to: Region Equipment Services Manager
• No direct reports
• Travel: 5-20% overnight travel may be required
• Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 80 lbs, working at heights, exposure to various environmental conditions
• Minimum Qualifications: 18+, legal work permit, mechanical aptitude, communication skills, driver’s license with good record
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, 2+ years experience, electrical skills, EPA608 certification
