Job summary

Taylor Management in Summit, NJ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Manager (Black Seal Licensed) to oversee condo building systems, common areas, mechanical equipment, and maintenance staff.

The role requires a valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License, plus strong leadership, safety compliance, and a customer-service mindset. You will manage repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, with on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial or residential building maintenance experience.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting abilities.
• OSHA knowledge and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
