Qualifications

• Minimum of one year maintenance-related experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Must have good communication and organization.
• Successful background check and drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in daily operations.
• Support emergency coverage of the community.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and record work orders.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company procedures.
