Job summary

Allegro Harrington Park is seeking a Server (No Late Nights!) – Assisted Living Dining | PT, 4-8pm. Sundays and other days, $17 per hour. This role offers a consistent evening schedule in a senior living community.

You will greet residents, attend to their dining needs, serve meals, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment while delivering trays and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Drug free workplace adherence required.
• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Serve food efficiently and professionally.
• Clear tables and sanitize work areas after each meal period.
• Maintain a clean dining room and service areas.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to residents' apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Perform other duties as assigned per full job description.

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
