Lifespace Communities is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator at one of our senior living communities in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance work orders, tracking inventories, and supervising contractors to minimize downtime.

You will assist in preventive maintenance, maintain detailed records, and uphold safety standards across the team, supporting a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support or a similar field.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and manage work orders to ensure timely maintenance response.
• Track inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Receive estimates on approved projects and organize via spreadsheet.
• Coordinate and schedule repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Support the director with contractor communications and coordinating service providers.
• Assist in maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and contractor engagements.
• Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
