Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. in Newton, IA, is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to manage and optimize the maintenance process, including work order planning, inventory control, and scheduling.

You will collaborate with maintenance and production, monitor KPIs, and drive best practices across operations. Responsibilities include project coordination with operations, purchasing and logistics, and improving materials movement through production processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a maintenance environment.
• 2+ years in a maintenance planning/coordinating or TPM related position.
• 2+ years of procurement experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain goals for scheduled PM completion.
• Establish KPIs around machine uptime with Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager.
• Close out and track completion of work orders and PM/TPM orders.
